Cancellations & Refunds (Orders)

Cancellations or refunds are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

Need to remove or swap something from your order?
Item changes are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Just email me with your order number using the address above.



🔄 Returns & Exchanges

At this time, returns and exchanges are not accepted for domestic or international orders.
If there is any concern with your package, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving it, including your order number and photos if needed, and I will do my best to make it right.



📬 Reshipping Packages (Domestic & International)

If a package is returned to me due to an incomplete address, missed delivery, customs refusal, or any postal issue, I will notify you.

  • Reshipping costs must be covered by the customer for both domestic and international packages.

  • For international orders, additional postage may be required based on the destination country.

  • If you choose not to cover reshipping, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.



🌎 Refunds for International Orders

International shipping fees are non-refundable, including situations where:

  • Customs delays occur

  • The package is held, returned, or refused

  • Import taxes or duties are not paid by the customer

If a refund is approved for any reason, the package must first be returned in unused, undamaged condition.
Once received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.



💳 General Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is agreed upon, all items must be returned in original, undamaged condition.
Once the return is received, processing may take 3–5 business days.
